I had a mixed experience at A&A Toronto Hotel. The location was fantastic, close to the Ben Thanh market and great restaurants, which I loved. However, I faced issues with the room's condition and amenities, especially not being satisfied with the bed and bathroom. Overall, if you're looking for a great location and friendly staff, this hotel has those aspects, but it might not meet higher comfort expectations. 🌇😕

I had a mixed experience during my three-night stay at A&A Toronto Hotel. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from the bustling Ben Thanh Market. but I faced several issues with the rooms. Though they accommodated my request for a room change without hassle, both rooms had their own problems that disrupted my stay.

I started in a Triple Room with City View that had a creaking bed and poor air conditioning. After requesting a change, I got a bigger room but it came with a broken safety chain, and issues with the door lock and intercom.
